If the work permit is not renewed upon its expiration, it shall be canceled automatically; if the permit is canceled or withdrawn and the license revoked by law, it shall be canceled by the licensing authority. Where the applicant dies or loses his capacity or terminates the contract and the employment in advance, the employer shall, within 10 working days from the date of occurrence of the matter, apply to the licensing authority for cancellation. If the employer is terminated, the applicant may apply to the licensing authority for cancellation of the work permit.
