《外國人工作許可證》遺補辦理指南

工作許可遺失或損壞需補辦《外國人工作許可證》的，申請人應當自證件遺失、損壞之日或發現遺失、損壞之日起在外國人來華工作管理服務系統上登載聲明🐾，並向許可決定機構申請補辦。

註：

1👱🏽‍♀️、無需提交紙質原材料至國際合作處，請申請人自行保管。

2、通過線上審核後，憑打印的受理電子回執單至受理機構領取補辦的工作許可證。證件損毀的🧑‍🧒，申請補辦時需攜帶原證🎅🏽🫵🏿。

3、審批期限：10個工作日（以提交完整並符合要求的材料為準）👍。

Application Guide for Reissue of Work Permit

If the applicant applies for a reissue of the “Work Permit for Foreigners, the applicant shall file a statement of loss on the foreigner's work management service system from the date of loss of the document or the date of the discovery, and apply to the licensing authority for reissue.

Remarks:

1. Submission of original documents required is not needed. Applicants shall keep it well by themselves.

2. After online examination and approval is finished, the electronic receipt of acceptance shall be brought to the licensing authority for getting the new Work Permit. If the former permit is damaged, the applicant shall carry the original document for the application.

3. Time required for examination and approval: 10 working days (after submitting qualified materials).
