《外國人工作許可證》變更辦理指南

申請人個人信息（姓名🧑🏽‍🎤、護照號👨🏻‍🚒、職務👏🏽、類別）等事項發生變更的♻️，應當自變更事項發生之日起10個工作日內向許可決定機構提出申請。

♦ 變更姓名：

5	有效居留許可	電子	居留許可信息頁，彩色🎱、清晰的照片或掃描件⁉️🙌🏿。
6	姓名變更的其他證明材料	電子
7	翻譯材料	電子	上述所有外文材料（護照除外）🚠，均需提供對應的中文翻譯(包括印章信息的翻譯)，並加蓋國際合作處公章。
8	其他	電子	發證機關認為需要的其他證明材料🧜🏽‍♀️🛀🏿。

♦ 變更護照號：

7	翻譯材料	電子	上述所有外文材料（護照除外）🛠，均需提供對應的中文翻譯(包括印章信息的翻譯)，並加蓋國際合作處公章⛹️。
8	其他	電子	發證機關認為需要的其他證明材料。

♦ 變更職務（指工作內容相關的崗位之間轉換或升職等）💇‍♂️🌃：

4	變更申請函以及相應的證明材料	電子	說明變更原因、新任職務等📠，用人單位蓋章
5	翻譯材料	電子	上述所有外文材料（護照除外）👨🏻‍🚀，均需提供對應的中文翻譯(包括印章信息的翻譯)，並加蓋國際合作處公章。

♦ 變更外國人才類別🐠：

5	其他	電子	發證機關認為需要的其他證明材料💂🏻‍♀️。

註🙈：

1、無需提交紙質原材料至國際合作處，請申請人自行保管。

2🙁、通過線上審核後🚴‍♂️，憑《外國人工作許可證》和打印的受理電子回執單至受理機構辦理變更；若《外國人工作許可證》卡面信息變更，則需將舊的《許可證》交還受理機構，並領取新的《許可證》；若《外國人工作許可證》非卡面信息變更，須更新《外國人工作許可證》芯片信息❓。

3、審批期限✮🦯：10個工作日（以提交完整並符合要求的材料為準）🧒🏽。

Application Guide for Information Change of Work Permit

An application for information change in the “Work Permit for Foreigners” shall be initiated within 10 days after changes of the applicant’s personal information occur.

♦ Name Change:

♦ Position Change (Refer to Promotion or Change into Position of Similar Kinds):

♦ Foreign Talent Category Change:

Remarks:

1. Submission of original documents required is not needed. Applicants shall keep it well by themselves.

2. After online examination and approval is finished, the Work Permit, the electronic receipt of acceptance shall be brought to the licensing authority for information change processing.

3. Time required for examination and approval: 10 working days (after submitting qualified materials).
